We would like someone who will take a few office days here & there, but mostly be on
the docks and traveling to show boats. You will be responsible for being at boat
surveys/sea trials, closings and for making sure your clients are ALWAYS completely
taken care of before, during and after the buying or selling process. Prompt follow-up
is key in this industry & key to your success. You need to already possess great
organizational & time management skills and be able to adapt to ever-changing
schedules & situations keeping your clients best interest as your highest priority. We

Naples Bay Resort, an upscale boutique property, has an excellent career opportunity for a highly motivated & experienced Director of Marina Operations.
Manage and oversee 97 wet slips Marina consisting of 68 floating docks, located on Gordon River and inside the Marina Basin, and 29 fixed docks, located on Curlew Canal.
Manage and oversee the operations for Naples Bay Resort Boat Rentals, including; boat rentals, kayak rentals, stand-up paddleboard rentals, bike rentals, and charter services.
Essential Job Functions:
Oversee maintenance or repairs of the marine facilities to include the ships store, building, docks, landscaping, and marina equipment; assist with overall cleanliness and maintenance of facility and adjacent grounds; make minor repairs to equipment and docks; contact appropriate party for repairs and maintenance. Monitor and ensure proper use of fuel dock; secure and assist transient marine vessels.
Oversee maintenance and repairs for 16 Hurricane Deck Boats and 3 Everglades Center Consoles, 8 tandem kayaks and 4 single kayaks, 10 stand-up paddleboards, and 12 bikes. Make minor repairs to said products and contact appropriate party for repairs and maintenance.
Lease short term and long-term marina slips for Naples Bay Properties.
Interact with the public and others outside the work unit to obtain and provide information and assistance in a variety of circumstances; screen and respond to inquiries and complaints, provide information on policies and procedures. Develop, update and enforce standard operating procedure for the marina, including rules and regulations for employees and marina users.
Responsible for the effective supervision and administration of assigned staff including budgeting and financial transactions, staff organization and development, performance evaluations, employee relations, prioritizing and assigning work and related activities.
Maintain and update records of revenue and expenditures for the marinaâ€™s administrative operations, issue bills and collect revenue such as slip rentals, electricity usage, ship store merchandise, and fuel sales.
Administrate the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content on all social media accounts. Monitor Google Analytics and manage company website. Manage all Sales and Advertising accounts.
