About MIACC

Marine Industries Association of Collier County (MIACC) is a not-for-profit membership- based organization focused on the responsible growth of the marine industry for the benefit of its members, recreational boaters, the community, and the environment.

Members include Dealers & Manufacturers, Boating & Professional Services, Charters, Marine Contractors, Boat Lifts, Shipyards & Storage, and Equipment & Accessories. MIACC represents recreational boating and member interests at the Local, State, and Federal levels; Issues of interest include Water Access, Recreational Boating, Commercial Boating, Free Trade, Advocating for Property Rights, and Legislative or Regulatory initiatives that impact these interests. The association plays an active role in the local community and has, for more than fifty years, worked to protect the rights of both the boating consumer and member businesses.

MIACC owns the Naples Boat Show held each January at Sugden Regional Park and the Naples City Dock. Additionally, MIACC organizes the annual Christmas Boat Parade on Naples Bay in which one-hundred percent of the proceeds benefit a local charity.

MIACC side arms are the MIACC Foundation, a charitable tax-exempt 501(c)3 organization dedicated to promoting the education, access, awareness and enjoyment of southwest Florida’s local waters, with a focus on the youth of Collier County; and Marine Industries Promoting Access to Citizens (MIPAC) the MIACC political action committee.
